Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 24 – 48 hours of being received. We use Royal Mail for shipping where possible to maintain the highest of shipping standards.

Returns

All items to be refunded must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase. The item(s) must be in the same condition as they were sent out in. If the item is not in the same condition then a full refund will not be guaranteed. In the case where the item(s) is not in the same condition, it was originally sold in, a partial refund may be offered in some case. We also reserve the right to refuse a full refund should the item(s) condition is deemed to not be acceptable.

The customer is responsible for the charge of returning the item to us. Please ensure a recorded method of delivery is used.
